Why Global Address Book is a MAGIC SPOT for your Organization.

Introduction
One of the fascinating features in Dynamics 365 and very important to plan in the early phase of organization configuration, is Global address book” GAB”, which is a centralized address book work as a depository for all your companies parties data.
To understand this module, you have to know that every contact registered in it called party and each party has a party record and can have a party role or more than one.
Each party record includes name addresses, other contact information and record type which is “person or organization”.
Party Role can be one of the following (Prospect , Customer ,Worker ,Applicant, Competitor ,Contact…..) and any kind of role that deal with the company.

Having a planned and controlled GAB with full data of the organization’s parties can support in all fields of the business, for example having a good list of prospects can manage their connections and fasten the process of conversion to customers
