Job Description

  • Daily Entries on Accounting System.
  • Cash Management (Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly).
  • Bank Management.
  • Prepare and Issue Needed Expenses (Mobile Phone Bills/ Transactions, etc…).
  • Taxation Entries and Coordination with Legal Accounting.
  • Reporting (Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly and Annual Closing).
  • Prepare and Issue Payroll.
  • Procurement.

Job Requirements

  • Working days are 3 days a week (1 day on site and 2 days working from home).
  • Flexible to move across different locations.
  • Experience using “Peach Tree” is a Must
  • Experience with electronic invoicing.
  • Tax related experience is a plus.
  • English Level Required: A2-B1
